Ross Perot Saab, Late 1970s. Porter Square, Cambridge, Mass.

Caught the Saab on the last couple miles of the drive from Montréal. These things used to be as common as deer in northern New England.

  1. I owned a 1978 3 door Turbo. What a fun car, but later it became my "Saab" story as it ate virtually all my savings. During that era Car & Driver referred to Saab as "the perennial purveyor of automotive weirdness". Aptly put.
